Top 5 Best Bites in St. John, USVI

I like to eat….a lot. Inevitably, every trip planned with me involved surrounds food, drinks, more food and then plans for the next meal. My best friend who so graciously planned the majority of our trip to St. John this past November is the same way (match made in heaven).  First order of business for planning a trip is restaurant research. The small island of only a couple thousand people truly gives you the laid back feel you search for in a tropical vacation. In terms of dining, St. John has everything from hole-in-the-wall bars to upscale restaurants with panoramic views of the water.  We were fortunate to experience both ends of the spectrum on our trip. How to Plan a Cross Country Trip

The All-American Cross Country Road Trip is something that has enticed me since I can remember. Equal parts history and adventure- it’s been on my bucket list since I even heard the concept of a bucket list. The vision of cruising from state to state with the windows down, music up and nothing to worry about aside from what the next restaurant stop will be excites me like no other. I can’t think of a better way to experience the landscapes of America than to travel coast to coast with the ability to stop, get out of the car and explore at any given moment.  Let’s rewind to this past January when I got bit by the travel bug again.
